"LEST WE FORGET" SOMME TOUR 2027
The dates for the 2027 tour will be Sunday 9th May to Thursday 13th May 2027. Travel by              coach from Leicester  and return via the Channel Tunnel. We have several rooms already booked,      and have just a few spare twin/double rooms available.

The working idea for the tour for 2027, which some passengers have requested, would be to visit areas of the 1916 front line of the Battle of The Somme, based in Arras. Amongst many visits we would follow some of the areas and battles involving the Leicestershire Regiments, and one of the British successes on July 1st 1916, the first day of the Somme, the successful taking of Montauban and other events.

If you would like more details, or a chat about the tour, please do not hesitate to contact me.      E-Mail: petercousins@ntlworld.com  or  Tel: 07702 127313
