- The tour will leave Leicester on Sunday 7th May at 7.30am, making our way down to either the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone or Dover for a ferry (yet to be decided)
- The hotel we will use is the Best Western Flanders Lodge hotel, just outside Ypres.

- The hotel accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis, and there is a restaurant and bar within the hotel. All rooms are equipped with walk-in showers, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
